Metal rolls are key elements of conveying, processing and production lines. Their accuracy, roundness and surface quality determine how evenly the material runs and the quality of the finished product.
We manufacture rolls to your drawings or samples, using the material and finish suited to the application. For worn rolls, we assess whether reconditioning is possible – often a faster and more economical option than making a new part. Our in-house welding capabilities, including submerged arc welding suited to building up worn surfaces, support both manufacturing and reconditioning.
We advise on material and surface treatment according to load, speed and operating environment, so the roll retains its properties for a long time.
